Crowndell Consulting Limited (Lewinnick Lodge and The Plume of Feathers)

General Information

Crowndell Consulting Limited (Lewinnick Lodge & The Plume of Feathers) utilises a trusted third-party provider, ‘Toggle’, to process Gift cards/vouchers. When you purchase a Gift card/voucher through ‘Toggle’ an automated confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address, and to the recipient. This email will be sent from no-reply@mytoggle.io. ‘Toggle’ utilises a trusted third-party payment provider, ‘Braintree’ to process and complete your payment. After the payment is processed by Braintree Lewinnick Lodge will appear on your bank statement within 1-3 days.

Standard gift cards/vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

Black friday gift cards expire 30.04.24. They can be redeemed against food and beverages from our regular menus only. It is not possible to use against special menus for example Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve & Valentine’s.

Redemption

To redeem the Gift card/voucher, you’ll need the unique gift code on your gift email. To redeem a Gift card/voucher please present it to a member of staff at the venue; Lewinnick Lodge or the Plume of Feathers, Mitchell, within the redemption period, after this period the Gift card/voucher will expire, and you will not be able to redeem it or be entitled to any reimbursement or compensation.

Each Gift card/voucher contains a unique reference number, which can be redeemed partially or fully. Once a Gift card/voucher has been fully redeemed, the unique reference code will no longer be valid.

Crowndell Consulting Limited gift card/vouchers can be redeemed against restaurant or rooms reservations. Please note that you cannot redeem a Gift card/voucher against a stay online, you’ll need to do this in person when you stay. Gift cards/vouchers can be redeemed against goods or services at Lewinnick Lodge, Pentire Headland or The Plume of Feathers, Mitchell.

Gift cards/vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, and they are non-refundable.

If you purchase is lower than the amount of your Gift card/voucher, we’ll hold a balance on your Gift card that can be redeemed at a later date, within the expiry date.

Gift Voucher Cancellation

You may cancel your Gift card/voucher purchase within 14 days of the date of receipt, of the confirmation email, after this period has expired the Gift card/voucher purchase is non-refundable. If your Gift card/voucher has been used within this 14-day cancellation period you will lose your right to cancel the Gift card/voucher. To cancel a Gift card/voucher purchase within the 14-day cancellation period please ensure you email marketing@crowndell.com within 14 days of the date of receiving your confirmation email. Where a refund is authorised, your payment made as part of your purchase will be refunded within 14 days from the date on which your email request has been acknowledged. Where a refund is processed it will be via your original method of payment, if this method has expired or been lost/stolen in the intervening period you will need to contact your bank. Crowndell Consulting Limited will only make one refund

By providing your details to Crowndell Consulting Limited you accept that Crowndell Consulting Limited will be able to utilise them for operational purposes, including, but not limited to, providing your details to ‘Toggle’ and ‘Braintree’.
