Cornish sea salt was set up to bridge the ancient and modern worlds, using production practices inspired by the original methods of harvesting the goodness of the ocean. From small beginnings, Cornish Sea Salt is now and internationally recognised brand.
The Rodda family have been making their Cornish clotted cream on the same site near Redruth for five generations. This expertise, coupled with the Cornish milk which they carefully source from farms based within 30 miles of their creamery is why the reputation Rodda’s have for making the best quality products is so well deserved.
