Making a booking

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all methods of payment except American Express

Do I need to pay a deposit to confirm my reservation?
Yes, a 50% deposit will be taken to secure the room reservation.

What are the booking terms and conditions?

Availability
The online availability is live and up-to-date. If you are unable to find what you are looking for, please email recption@theplumemitchell.com to discuss your options.

Arrivals

What time is check in?
You can check in from 3pm. If you’d like to check in before this time, please let our reservations team know and they’ll do their best to accommodate, where possible.

Is there parking?
Yes there is plenty of free parking on site and electric vehicle charges are available for residential guests.

What time is check out?
Check out is 11am, if you wish to have a later check out you can upgrade for £30.

Dog-friendly stays

Can I bring my dog?
Yes, we have selected rooms that are dog friendly. Please speak with our reception team before making a reservation. Dog are charged at £25 per dog, per room, per night.

Restaurant and Bar

Do I need to book?
Yes we advise you to make a reservation, you can book here.

What are the restaurant opening hours?
Our restaurant is open from 8am until late – last orders are 9.30pm.

Are you family friendly?
Yes, we have a dedicated children’s menu for little taste buds.

Do I need to pay a deposit to secure my booking?
We only take deposits for Christmas party and Christmas Day reservations.

Can I bring my dog?
Dogs are allowed in certain area’s of our bar, please contact our reception team if you wish to reserve a dog friendly table.

Rooms

Do all the rooms have baths?
All of our rooms have a ensuite shower, but not all of our rooms have baths.  You can email our reception team for full breakdown of facilities in each room type.

Is there air conditioning?
As standard none of our rooms have air conditioning but we do have fans that we are able to put in your room on request.

Are there views?
Yes all of our rooms have views of our gardens. NB Some of our rooms are converted barns and therefore have smaller windows. You can view our room types here.

What facilities are there in the room?
All of our rooms have Nespresso machines, smart TV’s, Radio’s and towels.

Is my room serviced daily?
It’s up to you. If you choose not to have your room serviced we’ll slip a £5 gift card under your door to be used in our bar or restaurant.

Is there Wi-Fi in the rooms?
Yes, all there is good Wi-Fi coverage in all of our rooms?

Is there room service?
Unfortunately we don’t offer room service unless it’s circumstantial and at the general managers discretion.
