We are temporarily closed

Looking after our staff and guests is our number one priority, and we have to work together in these difficult times and do all we can to bring this situation under control. We hope to reopen as soon as the restrictions have been lifted and the government confirms it is safe to do so.

If you were due to visit during the closed period, then our team will be in touch to discuss your reservation as we will need to postpone your visit. We are offering guests the opportunity to rebook their visit up up to 12 months from the orignal booking date. We can also hold your deposit to be placed against your new booking if you are not sure of the dates just yet.

If you move your booking to a date where the rate is lower, we will be happy to refund the difference. Alternatively, if you move your booking to a date where the rate is higher, you will be required to pay the new rate.

As we are sure you can imagine our phone lines are very busy at this time. We are contacting customers with bookings in the upcoming weeks in the first instance so please bear with us.
